Back in 2017 we employed FuneralGuide (then FuneralZone) to allow give clients the opportunity to review our services, ensuring that reviews left were both genuine and verifiable, and that we could take that feedback and use it to improve our service for future clients.

Between 2017 and 2022, we received over 630 reviews, with scores averaging over 4.9 out of 5, becoming the most reviewed independent funeral directors in Dacorum and the surrounding boroughs.

Unfortunately, due to our change of provider, the content of those reviews is no longer available, but we continue to ask for feedback on our services through our new provider, and aim to continue to achieve the same level of satisfaction for all our clients in future.
