J. Worley (Funeral Directors) Ltd.

Our service to you starts from the moment you contact us, whether by phone, email or by calling personally, through to and beyond the point when the deceased is finally laid to rest.

If your first contact with us is at a time of need, we will ask you for some preliminary details, whereupon we may advise the removal of the deceased back to our private chapel as soon as possible. After the initial details have been established we would then meet and make final arrangements; our funeral director would arrange the funeral to a standard and procedure that will meet the requirements of the family.

We will provide guidance at the initial contact on the procedure you should follow to register the death and fulfil all the legal requirements. We understand that this may be an extremely traumatic time for you and your family, and we will make every effort to guide you through this in as sympathetic manner as possible. Our staff are able to provide leaflets detailing procedures should you require them, or for more information on registering a death, click here.

If your contact with us is of a more general nature, for instance a query about funeral plans or memorials we will advise you on the best course of action. Your queries may be directed to us by email, phone, fax or in person. You do not need an appointment to visit our offices during normal office hours. Please visit the "Contact Us" section of this web site for more information.
